Just a quick update here pertaining to our Seasonal Services for 2023 which will be starting in April and running through September/October. We are waiting for the return of our prepay letters, which include which service plan each customer would like to participate in this year. Once those papers have all been returned, we will have a better idea what areas we have available openings on our routes. At this point in time, most of our routes are showing as Full. If you are interested in having us service your home, cottage or business, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can check the availability in that area or add you to our list in case an opening becomes available.
All routes will be finalized in March, which will give us solid insight into where we have openings. We will do our best to accommodate requests for a specific window of service, but please bear in mind that we service 7 counties so our starting point might be in X, and we may travel through 4 counties that day to end in Y. Flipping the route to accommodate a customer that lives in Y and needs a morning service isn't as easy as it sounds, since the other 20 people on that day are expecting us at their regular service time. While we understand that life happens and there will be times when a customer will be unable to be present at their normal scheduled service time, there are other steps that can be taken. We do offer key accounts, where you provide us with a key or door code so that the service can be done even if you can't be present. You also have the option of having a friend or neighbor let us in to do the service. If neither of those options is suitable, we do have the option to do an exterior service only, which in some cases is all you need.
