About Us

Before starting our company we worked for a nationwide pest control company for many years. During that time we dealt with complaints from customers as to how things were done inside that company and vowed that "we" would do things differently. In 2004 we had the opportunity to do just that and CrossRoads Pest Control was formed. It was built upon the foundation that customers are not just numbers and revenue, they are our neighbors and our friends.

Our customers deserve quality service at affordable prices. Word of mouth brought in new customers and the business grew even in tough economic times. Our customers appreciate our way of doing business and many have referred to it as the "old fashioned way". We take that as a compliment and are proud to provide our customers with the quality service they have come to expect at the affordable prices they know they can count on. Contact us to see how we can help you with your pest control needs.

The Dream Team

Our third generation is made up of this brother and sister-duo. These two had many years

CrossRoads Pest Control started doing business in April 2004. At that time our primary focus was on Farm Fly Control, which we offered to local dairy farms. Over the years the Residential and Commercial side of the business grew at a much faster rate, while the dairy farms in the area dwindled in numbers. After much consideration, we decided to focus our attention on the Residential and Commercial side of our business and dropped the Farm Fly Program from the services we offered. CrossRoads Pest Control is located in Reed City, MI at the crossroads of US 10 and US 131 in beautiful Osceola county.
